These six mouth-blown, artistically crafted WMF Cristal Cabinet wine glasses from Germany are rare examples of mid-century or later artisanal glassware, notable for their colorful, marbled glass stems. WMF, abbreviated for Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik, is historically recognized for metal and glass craftsmanship, particularly in decorative and functional objects. These glasses stand out due to their vivid Memphis-style coloration and unique design, a style that emerged in the 1980s known for playful shapes and bright colors, controlled by glass artists rather than mass production. Each glass being a unique mouth-blown piece adds to their collectible value, appealing to connoisseurs of fine glassware and vibrant design. The unused condition enhances their appeal as both display and functional wine glasses with artistic pedigree.
