By creating an account, purchasing access or using VoxFati, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or its services.
1. About VoxFati
VoxFati is a trading name operated by Zipzappa Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 08540440.
References in these Terms to “VoxFati”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean Zipzappa Ltd. References to “you”, “your”, “member” or “user” mean the person accessing or purchasing our services.
2. Eligibility and minimum age
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, purchase access or use VoxFati.
By using the website, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- the information you provide is accurate and current;
- your use of VoxFati is lawful in the country where you are located; and
- you are using the services for your own personal, non-commercial purposes unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe that the age requirement has not been met.
3. Our services
VoxFati provides digital entertainment and personal reflection services. These may include:
- tarot card spreads and interpretations;
- oracle tools and symbolic readings;
- astrology, numerology, dream and spiritual reflection tools;
- personal insight summaries and session patterns;
- saved reading history, where available;
- community, sharing or communication features;
- digital articles, guides and educational content;
- subscription features and optional paid add-ons; and
- other related digital services introduced from time to time.
Specific tools, features, limits and access requirements are described on the relevant service or pricing page.
We may add, improve, replace, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, commercial or legal reasons.
4. Entertainment and reflection only
All tarot, oracle, astrology, numerology, dream, spiritual and similar content is provided solely for entertainment, personal reflection and general informational purposes.
Readings and interpretations are symbolic and subjective. They must not be treated as proven facts, guaranteed outcomes, supernatural certainty or instructions that you are required to follow.
VoxFati does not provide:
- medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment;
- legal advice;
- financial, investment, tax or debt advice;
- emergency or crisis assistance;
- professional relationship counselling;
- employment, immigration or regulatory advice; or
- guarantees regarding future events or another person’s thoughts, actions or intentions.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing. Important decisions should be made using reliable information and, where appropriate, advice from a suitably qualified professional.
Additional information is available in our Entertainment Disclaimer .
5. User accounts
Some services require a registered account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for:
- maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
- all activity carried out through your account;
- using a secure password;
- notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission; and
- ensuring that your contact details remain accurate.
You must not share, sell, transfer or make your account available to another person.
We may require identity or account verification where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, process a payment dispute or comply with legal obligations.
6. Access plans and memberships
VoxFati may offer different forms of paid digital access, including:
6.1 Time-limited access
A time-limited access plan provides access for the period stated on the checkout page, such as seven days. Unless expressly stated otherwise, a time-limited plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.
6.2 Monthly membership
A monthly membership renews automatically at the price shown during checkout until it is cancelled.
By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge the applicable membership fee to your selected payment method at each renewal date.
You may cancel future renewals through the available account billing controls or by contacting us at info@voxfati.com .
Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Unless required otherwise by law, cancelling a membership does not normally end access immediately. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
6.3 Optional add-ons
Certain features may be offered as separate purchases or subscriptions. Examples may include extended history retention, community access or other premium functionality.
The price, duration, renewal terms and included features of each add-on will be displayed before purchase.
6.4 Complimentary access
We may provide promotional, administrative, trial or complimentary access at our discretion.
Complimentary access:
- does not create an entitlement to permanent free access;
- may have a defined expiry date;
- may be withdrawn where it was granted in error, misused or associated with a breach of these Terms; and
- does not have a cash value.
7. Prices, VAT and payment
Prices are displayed before purchase. The applicable currency, billing period and total amount due will be shown at checkout.
Where required, prices include applicable VAT or other taxes. Zipzappa Ltd is registered for VAT under number GB179352966.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not normally receive or store your complete payment card number.
You confirm that:
- you are authorised to use the selected payment method;
- the billing information supplied is accurate;
- sufficient funds or credit are available; and
- you will not initiate an improper or fraudulent payment dispute.
Access may be delayed, suspended or cancelled where a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed or is suspected to be fraudulent.
8. Digital delivery
VoxFati services are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped unless a separate product page expressly states otherwise.
Paid access is normally activated automatically after successful payment confirmation. Delivery may occur through:
- activation of features within your VoxFati account;
- immediate access to a tool or service;
- an on-screen confirmation;
- an account billing record; or
- an email confirmation.
More information is available in our Digital Delivery Policy .
9. Cancellation and statutory rights
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of purchase, when digital access begins, how much of a service has been supplied and the consumer laws that apply to you.
Where the law provides a cancellation period, we will ask for any consent or acknowledgement required before beginning immediate digital delivery.
Where you expressly request immediate digital access and acknowledge that this may affect your cancellation right, access may begin as soon as payment is confirmed.
Nothing in these Terms removes or limits statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Full information is provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy .
10. Service availability
We aim to keep VoxFati reasonably available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability.
Access may be affected by:
- planned maintenance;
- emergency repairs;
- software or hosting failures;
- internet or device problems;
- third-party service interruptions;
- payment provider outages;
- security incidents;
- legal or regulatory requirements; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably possible, we will try to restore affected services promptly.

- publish unlawful, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative or harmful content;
- use VoxFati to manipulate a vulnerable person;
- claim that VoxFati content is a verified professional diagnosis or guaranteed prediction; or

You confirm that:
- you own the content or have permission to use it;
- the content does not violate another person’s rights;
- the content does not disclose confidential or sensitive information without permission; and

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format and display submitted content only to the extent reasonably required to operate and provide the relevant VoxFati feature.
You retain ownership of your original content.

- could materially harm VoxFati or its users.
13. Intellectual property
The VoxFati website, brand, software, page designs, graphics, written content, service structure, databases and original materials are owned by or licensed to Zipzappa Ltd.

- suggest that we endorse you, your business or your services without written approval.
14. Third-party services and links
VoxFati may depend on or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services, communication providers and external websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
A link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product or service appearing on the linked website.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using VoxFati at any time. You may also request account closure by contacting us.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because:
- you materially breach these Terms;
- payment is overdue, reversed or fraudulent;
- your account creates a security risk;
- you misuse another user’s information;
- your activity could cause harm or legal liability;
- we are required to do so by law; or
- the service is permanently discontinued.
Where appropriate and lawful, we may give notice or an opportunity to correct the issue before permanent termination.
Serious abuse, fraud, security attacks or unlawful conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination.
16. Our responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to those protections, VoxFati is not responsible for:
- decisions made solely in reliance on a reading or symbolic interpretation;
- outcomes presented as possibilities rather than guarantees;
- losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
- loss caused by your failure to secure your account;
- device, network or internet failures outside our control;
- third-party websites or services outside our control; or
- indirect or unforeseeable losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
If you use VoxFati for business or commercial purposes without a separate written agreement, we will not be liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings.

- what information we collect;
- why we process it;
- the legal bases we rely on;
- who we may share it with;
- how long it may be retained;
- international transfers;
- security measures; and
- your data protection rights.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect:
- changes to the website or services;
- new features or access plans;
- legal or regulatory changes;
- security requirements;
- changes to third-party services; or
- improvements in clarity.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Where a change materially affects an active paid membership, we will provide reasonable notice where required.
19. Transfer of rights
You may not transfer your account, membership or contractual rights to another person without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, for example as part of a restructuring, sale or transfer of the VoxFati business, provided that your legal rights are not reduced.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary or removed where modification is not possible.
The remaining provisions will continue in force.
21. No waiver
If we delay or do not enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we permanently waive the right to enforce it.
