Does VoxFati replace my Etsy shop?
No. Your Etsy listings, checkout, payments, orders, shipping and returns remain on Etsy. VoxFati provides an additional discovery and traffic channel.
Will VoxFati copy my Etsy images to its server?
No. Connected listing images remain remotely hosted and are referenced from the source listing.
Can I import my whole Etsy shop at once?
Your active listing capacity depends on your plan. New imports are limited to 20 new listings in any rolling 24-hour period.
What products can I import?
Products should fit VoxFati themes such as spirituality, divination, astrology, symbolism, meditation, self-reflection, mystical art, spiritual home décor, digital guides and related creative products.
Can I choose where a product appears?
Yes. Before publication, choose an existing Community Board or create a new one. Boards can also be changed later, including in bulk.
Is Community posting included?
Yes. While your Etsy Connector subscription remains active, Community posting access is included.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period. Your imported data is retained so you do not need to rebuild everything later.
Does VoxFati track Etsy orders?
No. VoxFati analytics cover activity on VoxFati and clicks that send visitors to Etsy. Etsy remains responsible for checkout and order activity.
