This ambitious rotoscope animation epic traces four generations of a Russian Jewish musical family through the landscape of 20th-century American popular music, featuring an iconic soundtrack with Bob Seger, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, and Janis Joplin. Artwork by Wilson McLean and Ralph Bakshi. The poster showcases Bakshi's distinctive visual style, following his acclaimed work on Fritz the Cat, Heavy Traffic, and The Lord of the Rings.
