The Younger Futhark is the rune set of the Viking Age - sixteen runes, lived with and carved across Scandinavia for centuries. Yet most modern rune books focus on the Elder Futhark. This booklet puts the Younger Futhark back in your hands.

Built from more than twenty years of personal practice, this is a field guide to working with the sixteen runes as living symbols -for readings, magic, healing, and everyday life. For each rune you will find the rune poem, deity associations, keywords, and personal reflection drawn from years of readings, shamanic journeying, and work with students and clients.

The booklet also introduces three-rune readings using the framework of the Norns, bindrune creation, and lokk-seidr - the chant-based shamanic practice at the heart of Norse magic.

This is not a historical reconstruction, nor a definitive guide. It is an honest account of what works, shared by a practitioner who uses the runes daily.

If you are new to the Younger Futhark, or curious whether it might suit you better than the Elder, this is a practical and personal place to begin.
