Artxlife - Lego Mondrian Composition in Red, Blue, and Yellow

Artxlife's Lego Mondrian Composition in Red, Blue, and Yellow is a creative artwork inspired by the geometric abstraction style of Piet Mondrian. Mondrian was a Dutch painter famous for his use of simple geometric shapes and a limited palette of primary colors combined with black and white lines. This piece translates Mondrian's iconic compositions into Lego form, using the bricks' blocky nature to echo the precise grid layouts and color blocking characteristic of the artist’s work. Such art bridges fine art and popular culture, demonstrating the versatility of Lego as a medium not just for play but also for creating stylized modern art. It highlights the intersection of art, design, and creative use of familiar building materials.
