Benito Mussolini Scritti e Discorsi vol X e vol XI - con copia integrale autografo di D'Annunzio al Duce: A VISO APERTO per conquista impero fascista - 1936-1938

The volumes X and XI of 'Benito Mussolini Scritti e Discorsi' compile speeches and writings by Benito Mussolini from 1936-1938, critical years during Italy’s Fascist expansion. Included is a complete autograph copy of Gabriele D'Annunzio's tribute 'A Viso Aperto,' honoring Mussolini’s imperial ambitions. D'Annunzio, a nationalist poet and soldier, was influential in Italian fascism. These texts provide primary source material on the ideological justifications and rhetoric employed for Italy’s aggressive foreign policy, including the empire-building efforts in Africa. Scholars of European fascism and 20th-century political history find such collections essential for understanding propaganda and leadership during that era.
