Fait maison - (MOC) Minifigure LEGO - 18 cm – Design Sculpture Bois - 2020+ - France

This handcrafted LEGO Minifigure sculpture, standing approximately 18 cm tall, is a unique artistic creation made from wood. Unlike standard LEGO figures made of plastic, this piece represents a fusion of traditional craftsmanship with the popular LEGO aesthetic, showcasing a creative reimagining of familiar mini-fig forms. The artist employs wood to lend texture and natural warmth to a form usually associated with bright plastic and mass production, resulting in a one-of-a-kind collectible that appeals to both LEGO enthusiasts and collectors of handcrafted sculptures. Originating in France circa 2020, it reflects contemporary trends in maker culture where custom figures extend the boundaries of conventional LEGO collecting and display, emphasizing design and artistic interpretation over play.
