Flavia Delgado - MEDITACIÓN XL

MEDITACIÓN is a 70 x 100 cm painting by Flavia Delgado that represents inner balance and the search for calm amidst contemporary noise.

The female figure, seated in meditation position, appears with eyes closed and a relaxed body, conveying a sense of conscious pause and connection with herself. Her stable posture contrasts with the chromatic intensity of the background, creating a space of silence within the image.

The message “FIND YOUR FLOW” reinforces the conceptual character of the work, inviting to find a state of personal harmony, where mind and body align naturally.

The use of defined lines and flat colors connects with the language of pop poster art, while the central composition provides serenity and visual order.

MEDITACIÓN is an image of introspection and balance, a visual pause that proposes stopping and inhabiting the present.
