Fleischmann H0 - 43268 - Steam locomotive with tender (1) - Series 25 - NMBS

This Fleischmann HO scale model replicates a steam locomotive with tender from the Series 25 class operated by the Belgian National Railway Company (NMBS/SNCB). Steam locomotives such as those in Series 25 played a significant role in mid-20th century rail transport before widespread dieselization and electrification. Model steam locomotives with tenders often attract collectors because of the mechanical complexity and nostalgic appeal. The tender, which carries fuel and water, complements the locomotive’s design and is essential for extended operations. Fleischmann is known for high-quality and finely detailed HO scale models, making this set an excellent representation for enthusiasts focused on historical European railroading, particularly Belgium’s rich steam era.
