Hosta 'Aureomarginata' is a striking perennial that features dark green, glossy leaves with wide, golden-yellow margins, offering a beautiful contrast that brightens shaded or partially shaded garden spaces. The bold variegation of this hosta makes it a standout in borders or woodland gardens.
Typically growing to a height of 45–60 cm, 'Aureomarginata' forms a neat, dense clump, adding texture and visual interest. In late summer, the plant sends up spikes of pale lavender flowers, which attract pollinators like bees and hummingbirds. It thrives in moist, well-drained soil, making it a low-maintenance addition to any garden. This hosta is an excellent choice for gardeners looking to enhance the beauty of shaded areas with minimal effort.
