Innocenti Lambretta – Officially Appointed Dealer – Emaille Reclamebord - Enamel sign - Enamel

The Innocenti Lambretta enamel sign represents a significant piece of scooter and automotive history. Innocenti, an Italian company, produced the iconic Lambretta scooters, which became cultural symbols of style and mobility in the post-WWII era. Enamel signs advertising such dealerships or products were common promotional tools, prized for their vibrant colors and durability—ideal for outdoor display. As officially appointed dealer signs, these pieces helped mark authorized sales and service locations, lending credibility and brand presence. Enamel signs involve a vitreous enamel coating fired onto metal, combining resilience with a glossy finish that resists weathering. Collectors value enamel advertising signs for their craftsmanship, historical relevance, and the nostalgia they evoke from the heyday of European scooter culture. The Lambretta brand itself is celebrated globally, making related enamel signs attractive to fans of vintage scooters, Italian design, and motor history.
