Listening to My Body Amid Career Changes and Uncertainty
Today, my body feels tense and restless, signaling fear and pressure around work and direction. I'm learning to honor its messages and nurture healing with patience and self-compassion.
I realized I’ve been resisting the changes I need to make, holding on to old patterns that no longer serve me. The reversed Six of Swords reminded me that healing feels blocked because I haven’t fully allowed myself to release these burdens or ask for support.
Judgement encouraged me to take a moment for honest self-reflection—to forgive myself for past neglect and renew my commitment to care for my body with intention. It’s a call to listen deeply, to answer my body’s true needs with compassion, and to embrace transformation gently.
This journey isn’t easy, but I’m learning that honoring my body’s signals and fears is the first step toward finding joy and clarity amidst change. I’m grateful for this dialogue with my body, reminding me to be tender with myself as I navigate these challenges.
