Looking Toward the Unknown Light
A face turns toward a dark center surrounded by radiant color, imagining the meeting of curiosity, uncertainty, and the limits of what we know.
The dark center can be approached as a symbol of the unknown. Its surrounding light makes it compelling without making it transparent. This tension is familiar: we can feel drawn toward a question long before we understand what the answer might require.
The artwork need not describe a literal cosmic event or a specific spiritual experience. As a visual metaphor, it leaves room for wonder without demanding certainty. Curiosity becomes valuable because it allows us to stay in contact with what we have not yet explained.
Think of a question you are currently living with. Are you allowing yourself to explore it, or insisting that it resolve immediately? Sometimes attention becomes more open when we stop treating uncertainty as a failure. The image invites that openness: a face turned toward possibility, with enough darkness left for discovery.
