This lot consists of three N scale model freight tank cars produced by Minitrix, featuring authentic liveries of Dutch companies DSM and Hoogovens Groep. Minitrix is well-regarded for producing finely detailed N gauge trains at a scale of 1:160, highly prized by collectors and enthusiasts with limited display space. Tank cars are specialized freight wagons designed to transport liquids such as chemicals, oil, or liquefied gases. The branding of DSM and Hoogovens Groep highlights two prominent Dutch industrial corporations involved historically in chemicals and steel production, respectively. Such models reflect the importance of industrial freight transport in European rail networks, showcasing the diversity beyond passenger trains. Having multiple 2- and 4-axle tank cars allows for realistic freight operations in a model railway setup, where users can simulate cargo trains serving industrial customers. These models encapsulate railway industrial history, combining the technical fidelity of N scale modeling with regional commercial authenticity.
