O. Lecart / O. Picart · - Picture frame- Photo frame - Glass, Brass

Picture and photo frames serve both to protect and aesthetically enhance artwork or photographs, often reflecting the artistic tastes of their periods. This frame by O. Lecart / O. Picart, composed of glass and brass, combines transparency with metallic luster, creating an elegant display vessel for treasured images. Brass complements the glass by offering a warm, golden hue and durable structure that can be crafted into fine details or sleek modern lines. The collaboration suggested by the dual names may indicate an artisanal or designer piece, possibly of French origin. Such frames often appeal to collectors of vintage or art nouveau décor, providing a stylish context for personal or historical photos while serving as decorative objects in their own right.
