Pathe Pathéorama (Crystal Finish) in Original Box with 3 "Coloris" Films Viewer

The Pathe Pathéorama is a vintage film viewer known for its distinctive crystal finish, offering a unique aesthetic appeal. Originally produced by the French company Pathé, a pioneer in the early motion picture industry, these viewers were designed for home use allowing consumers to watch short films privately. The inclusion of three "Coloris" films highlights the device's capability to present color films, which was a novelty during the early to mid-20th century when color motion pictures were still emerging. The original box adds to the collectible value, providing historical packaging that reflects the era's consumer culture. Such viewers are prized by collectors interested in cinema history, early film technology, and the visual art of early color film presentation. They represent a bridge between the silent film era and the more immersive home entertainment technologies that followed.
