Pokémon - 1 Card - Lugia 9/111 Foil, Holo, First edition

This Lugia card from the Pokémon Trading Card Game is a highly prized collectible, especially as a first edition holo foil. Lugia is a Legendary Psychic/Flying-type Pokémon introduced in Generation II, revered for its majestic design and significant role in the Pokémon lore, including central appearances in the Pokémon movies and games. A first edition holo foil card features a holographic background with unique markings denoting the initial print run from a particular set, making these cards rarer and often more valuable than subsequent releases. The holo treatment enhances the card’s visual appeal by reflecting light and giving a prismatic effect. Collectors often seek first edition Lugia cards for their sentimental and historical value within the TCG community, representing a key piece of Pokémon’s trading card legacy.
