Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs) are popular special sets in the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), designed for players and collectors to enhance their gameplay and collections. The Scarlet & Violet series introduces new themes and mechanics aligned with the 9th generation Pokémon games. The '151 Elite Trainer Box' references the original number of Pokémon in the first generation, appealing to nostalgic fans, while the 'Ascended Heroes' set expands upon this theme with unique cards and packaging. These boxes typically contain booster packs, card sleeves, energy cards, dice, and other accessories essential for deck building and play. The inclusion of acrylic boxes suggests a focus on premium display and protection, ideal for collectors wishing to showcase rare or valuable cards safely.
