Santicri - Sculpture, Tired face (white and black marble) - 32 cm - Resin - 2020

The 'Tired face' sculpture by Santicri is a 32 cm resin artwork conceptualized in 2020, portraying emotive human expressions through modern sculptural techniques. Using resin allows for detailing and textural contrast, here represented by white and black marble effect finishes. This contrast highlights facial contours and evokes a mood or narrative, typical of emotive contemporary sculptures. Resin as a medium is popular for its adaptability and durability, enabling artists to experiment with form and color. Sculptures like this serve both as decorative art and conversation starters, fitting into modern interiors that appreciate expressive and thought-provoking artistic statements.
