Starring Sean Connery alongside Cornelia Sharpe, the film weaves romance and espionage with the evocative tagline "In the world of spying and dying, love is the ultimate weapon." The screenplay was crafted by Mort Fine, Alan Trustman, David M. Wolf, and director Sarafian, delivering a sophisticated blend of action and intrigue. The supporting cast includes Albert Paulsen, Adolfo Celi, Marco St. John, and Charles Cioffi. The poster emphasises the film's central tension: "An irresistibly beautiful woman... a passionate man of destiny... a love story full of danger and intrigue!"
