The Yoga Sutras Workbook Part 2: Exercises for Spiritual Transformation
The Yoga Sutras Workbook Part 2 is a wonderful introduction to the traditional practices of yoga, with many explanations about how to read and interpret the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. Scott Roos fills in the details from the oral tradition so that the reader can both understand these sutras intellectually and put them into practice. The pages within contain exercises that can be done on a weekly basis, and a practitioner can continue practicing as long as desired. The second book in the series focuses on the yamas, the first two niyamas, pranayama, and an advanced practice.
