WMF - Desk (3) - Copper and brass - Three-piece desk set for the office

This three-piece desk set by WMF exemplifies classic elegance in office accessories, crafted from copper and brass materials. WMF, a renowned German manufacturer known for its fine metalware, often combines functionality with artistic design. Desk sets like this typically include essential items such as an inkwell, pen holder, and blotter or tray, providing a cohesive and stylish way to organize a workspace. The use of copper and brass not only adds a warm metallic sheen but also ensures durability, as these metals age gracefully and develop appealing patinas over time. Such sets were popular in the late 19th to early 20th centuries when writing instruments and desk organization were central to office efficiency and aesthetics. Owning a complete, matching set enhances the professional ambiance while offering practical utility for everyday tasks.
