Aus Nachlass Originales 70iger Jahre - DE TOMASO - Enamel sign - Enamel, Metal
This 1970s DE TOMASO enamel sign, from an estate collection, offers a glimpse into the promotional materials of a renowned Italian automotive brand. De Tomaso, famous for its sleek sports cars and muscle models, utilized enamel signage to advertise garages, dealerships, or events. Enamel signs combine metal bases with vitreous paint for a glossy, durable finish, often cherished by collectors for their vibrant colors and resilience. Automotive enamel signs from this era not only served marketing purposes but now act as vintage decorative pieces that celebrate the era’s design aesthetics and automotive passions.
