Canon AE-1 chrome + new FD 1.8/50mm + Kenko 2x CFE Macro Teleplus MC7 | Single lens reflex camera (SLR)

The Canon AE-1 chrome, paired with a 50mm f/1.8 FD lens and a Kenko 2x CFE Macro Teleplus MC7 teleconverter, is a classic 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) film camera setup beloved by analog photography enthusiasts. Released in the 1970s, the AE-1 was one of the first SLRs with a microprocessor-controlled shutter, offering automated exposure and manual control, making it accessible to both beginners and advanced users. The chrome finish adds a nostalgic aesthetic to this durable and reliable camera. The 50mm f/1.8 lens provides a natural perspective with a wide aperture favorable for low light and shallow depth of field effects. The Kenko 2x teleconverter extends the focal length by doubling it, allowing closer framing or macro-like shots with increased magnification. This combination invites creative exploration in film photography with classic equipment.
