Exploring an Old House Dream: Facing Unseen Emotions and Choices

Last night, I dreamed I was walking through an old house at night. I could hear water dripping somewhere, but couldn’t find where it was coming from. Then I saw a black cat sitting on the stairs watching me. When I tried to go upstairs, the cat ran away, and a door at the end of the hallway opened by itself. I felt nervous but curious, and just before I stepped into the room, I woke up.

This dream felt like a journey into my inner self—like the old house represents hidden memories or feelings I haven’t fully faced. The dripping water seemed like something quietly unresolved inside me, something I’m aware of but can’t quite put my finger on.
