Lima H0 - O.A 149807 - Train unit (4) - 3x Koploper trainset, hondenkop and 1 electric locomotive 1300 - NS

This Lima H0 O.A 149807 train unit consists of four pieces, including three Koploper trainsets, recognizable by their distinctive 'hondenkop' (dog's head) streamlined front design, plus one electric locomotive 1300, all from NS (Dutch Railways). The 'Koploper' was a revolutionary Dutch high-speed train introduced to modernize rail travel with its articulated design and tilting technology, enhancing cornering speeds. The 1300 electric locomotives formed the backbone of Dutch rail traction for decades. Lima's models allow enthusiasts to recreate modern Dutch rail operations, emphasizing the evolution of passenger rail technology in the Netherlands during the late 20th century.
