Mister Magoo (1960) - 1 Original animation drawing of Mr. Magoo
This original animation drawing from the 1960s features Mr. Magoo, the charmingly nearsighted character who starred in a series of theatrical cartoons and television shows. Known for his comic misadventures due to poor eyesight, Mr. Magoo was created by John Hubley and produced by United Productions of America. Original animation drawings from this era highlight the painstaking frame-by-frame hand-drawing process required to produce animated content before widespread digital automation. As an iconic figure of mid-20th-century American animation, Mr. Magoo memorabilia remains popular among collectors and animation historians.
