Nintendo - Game & Watch - Crystal Screen - Super Mario Bros - Video game console + games - With reprobox

The Nintendo Game & Watch series represents an iconic era in handheld gaming history, dating back to the early 1980s. The "Crystal Screen" Super Mario Bros edition is a special variant of these early portable consoles, famed for its simplistic LCD screen and compact design that introduced millions to gaming on the go. Unlike modern systems, these devices used fixed pixel LCDs which gave a unique visual style reminiscent of digital watches. The Super Mario Bros title featured on this unit is one of Nintendo's most beloved franchises, bringing the adventures of Mario to a handheld format early on. The addition of a reprobox (reproduction box) appeals to collectors who value presentation but accept replica packaging over original materials. Overall, the Game & Watch line set a precedent for handheld gaming technology and design, bridging digital watches and later developments like the Game Boy.
