What is Shadow Work?

Shadow work is the art of accepting, releasing, and/or transmuting the parts of ourselves that we deemed too much or not enough. It is the repressed parts of ourselves that we often keep hidden from others. The shadow holds our emotions, experiences, and characteristics that we struggle with. Shadow work is often noted as one of the most transformational spiritual practices one can do.

How Can This Journal Help Me With Shadow Work?

These prompts are questions you may have not asked yourself before. Since we are working with the shadow, the prompts are designed to encourage you to move past the surface of your experiences. One of the common experiences with shadow work is feeling overwhelmed and not knowing where to begin. This journal helps you focus on one question at a time. Using the subliminal meditation provided with the journal can support you in going even deeper and unlocking the subconscious.
