Physical products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Available delivery services, shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the product and the delivery destination. Where applicable, available delivery options are calculated and displayed in the cart or during checkout after the customer enters their delivery location. Some physical products may be produced or prepared only after an order has been placed. Processing and dispatch times may therefore vary between products. Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by the destination, carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted by applicable law. Tracking information will be provided where a tracked delivery service is available.

Digital products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Depending on the product, access may be provided through the customer’s VoxFati account, by a download link, or by another electronic delivery method described on the individual product page. No physical shipping is required for digital products. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to their VoxFati account where account-based delivery is used. If a digital product cannot be accessed because of a technical issue on our side, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and restore access or provide an appropriate replacement where possible.

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt unless a different return period is stated on the individual product page. Returned products should be unused, unworn and in their original condition unless the return is being made because the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Customers should contact the seller before returning an item so that the appropriate return instructions can be provided. Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise requires a remedy under applicable law, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered or alternative arrangements may be provided. Certain customised, personalised, made-to-order or otherwise non-returnable products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied or applicable law provides otherwise. Refunds for eligible returned physical products will normally be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original delivery charges may not be refundable except where required by applicable law.

Digital products are generally not eligible for return or refund once the download, digital file or other digital access has been provided. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where the digital product is defective, inaccessible or materially different from its description. If a digital product cannot be accessed because of a technical issue, please contact us before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to restore access, correct the issue or provide an appropriate replacement. Where a refund is approved, access to the refunded digital product may be withdrawn.

The individual product listing will identify the product being purchased and provide the applicable description, price, product specifications and fulfilment information. Orders and payment An order is considered accepted when payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed. VoxFati may cancel or refund an order where a product is unavailable, a payment cannot be completed, an obvious pricing or listing error has occurred, fraud or misuse is suspected, or fulfilment cannot reasonably be completed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing and delivery information. Product information We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications and pricing. Minor differences may occur between digital representations and the final physical product. Intellectual property Product descriptions, artwork, photographs, designs, digital files, branding and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of those rights except where explicitly stated. Problems with an order If a physical product arrives damaged, defective or materially different from its description, or if a digital product cannot be accessed because of a technical issue on our side, please contact us so that the matter can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided where applicable. Changes to these terms VoxFati reserves the right to update these seller terms from time to time. The terms applicable to a purchase are those in effect when the order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual product page, digital products purchased from the VoxFati Shop are licensed to the purchaser for personal, non-commercial use only. The purchaser may download, access and use the digital product for their own personal purposes in accordance with the product description. Digital files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, copied for distribution, uploaded to public file-sharing services or otherwise made available to third parties. Digital products may not be incorporated into products or services offered for resale unless the individual product explicitly includes a commercial-use licence. Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, artwork, design or other intellectual property contained in the product.
