Canon A-1 + new FD 1.4/50mm | Single lens reflex camera (SLR)

The Canon A-1 is a highly influential 35mm single-lens reflex (SLR) camera introduced in the late 1970s. Renowned for combining innovative automation with manual options, the A-1 features an electronic shutter and offers shutter-priority, aperture-priority, and manual exposure modes. This flexibility made it a popular choice for both amateurs and professionals. The included new FD 1.4/50mm lens is a classic standard prime lens prized for its bright aperture, enabling excellent low-light performance and shallow depth of field effects. Canon's FD mount lenses are appreciated for their optical quality and build. Together, the Canon A-1 and FD 50mm f/1.4 form a versatile and historically significant package for film photographers.
