Canon A-1 + FD 1,4/50mm S.S.C. | Single lens reflex camera (SLR)

The Canon A-1 paired with the FD 50mm f/1.4 S.S.C. lens represents a combination from the era of manual focus 35mm film SLR photography. The A-1 camera body is well-known for its advanced automatic exposure modes and rugged build. The FD 50mm f/1.4 S.S.C. lens is a standard prime lens offering a fast maximum aperture of f/1.4, allowing excellent low-light performance and shallow depth-of-field effects for portrait and general photography. The S.S.C. (Super Spectra Coating) was Canon's lens coating technology designed to reduce flare and improve contrast. Together, these made a versatile pairing favored by portrait and street photographers during the film era.
