Mamiya C220 Professional + Sekor 3.7/80mm - Serviced | Twin lens reflex camera (TLR)

The Mamiya C220 is a notable example of a twin lens reflex (TLR) camera, prized among film photography enthusiasts and professionals. Introduced in the late 1960s, this medium format camera uses 120 roll film to produce high-quality 6x6cm images known for exceptional detail and square framing. The C220 model is especially valued for its interchangeable lenses, which allow photographers to customize their optics for various shooting styles—a flexibility uncommon in many TLRs.

This camera features two lenses of the same focal length; one is used for composing and focusing via a waist-level viewfinder, and the other exposes the film. Its manual controls and solid mechanical build appeal to those who enjoy a tactile, deliberate shooting experience. The 80mm f/3.7 Sekor lens included with this model offers a classic standard focal length with a sharp aperture suitable for portraiture and general photography.

The Mamiya C220 is appreciated today by film lovers and collectors for its craftsmanship and the distinctive aesthetic qualities of medium format film, combining traditional photographic techniques with reliable, serviceable mechanics.
