Rollei Rolleicord 3,5/7,5cm Twin lens reflex camera (TLR)

The Rollei Rolleicord 3.5/7.5cm is a classic twin-lens reflex (TLR) camera known for its robust build and high-quality optics. Featuring a 7.5 cm f/3.5 lens, this medium-format film camera uses 120 roll film to produce square 6x6 cm negatives, prized for their rich detail and tonal range. TLR cameras like the Rolleicord have two lenses arranged vertically: one for viewing and focusing, the other for taking the picture. This design allows for quiet operation and waist-level viewing, often appreciated by street and portrait photographers for its unique shooting experience. The Rolleicord series was popular in the mid-20th century and remains sought after by film photography enthusiasts and collectors due to its vintage charm, reliability, and the distinctive square format images it captures.
