Yashica Yashikor 2/5cm M39 L39, CLA`d , rare Camera lens

The Yashica Yashikor 2/5cm lens is a rare and notable lens designed for cameras with an M39 (L39) screw mount, often used on early rangefinder and folding cameras. The 5cm (50mm) focal length with a bright f/2 maximum aperture provides a standard perspective similar to the human eye, making it versatile for everyday photography. Yashikor lenses are known for their optical quality and were produced in the 1950s and 60s. This particular lens has undergone CLA (cleaning, lubrication, adjustment), ensuring smooth mechanical function and clear optics. Collectors and photographers prize such lenses both for their image rendering, featuring distinct character compared to modern optics, and for their place in photographic history as representatives of mid-20th century Japanese camera manufacturing.
