Canon 1.2/50mm Lens LTM L39 Leica Screw Mount Prime lens

This Canon 1.2/50mm lens features a 50mm focal length with a bright f/1.2 maximum aperture, designed with an LTM (Leica Thread Mount) compatible with the L39 screw mount. Such lenses are prized for their exceptional light-gathering capability, allowing photographers to shoot in low-light conditions and achieve a very shallow depth of field for artistic effects. The 50mm focal length approximates the natural human field of view, making it a versatile 'standard' prime lens for portraits, street photography, and general use. LTM lenses are compatible with many classic rangefinder cameras, including Leica models, and are popular among collectors and users of vintage cameras for their distinctive optical character and build quality. This lens represents a fusion of Canon’s optical design excellence with the classic Leica mount system.
