Community Terms and Guidelines

1. Scope

These rules apply whenever you interact with another user through a VoxFati Community or messaging feature, even if the conversation begins in a public post and later moves to private messages.

Commercial users remain bound by their Seller, Creator, Expert or Advertising terms in addition to these Community rules.

2. Age and account eligibility

Community participation is limited to users who satisfy VoxFati’s minimum account age and eligibility requirements. You must not misrepresent your age or encourage an ineligible person to use another person’s account.

Because VoxFati is an adult-oriented spiritual platform, content should be written and presented with an adult audience in mind. Commercial users must never use the Community to target minors.

3. Community purpose

The Community is intended for discussion of tarot, astrology, spirituality, symbolism, reflection, related learning and other subject matter relevant to VoxFati. Constructive off-topic conversation may be tolerated in context, but the Community must not be repurposed as a generic advertising board or unrelated social network.

Posts created primarily to drive traffic, collect leads, manipulate search visibility or promote unrelated products may be removed even if they contain some spiritual keywords.

4. Respectful participation

Disagreement is allowed. Personal attacks, threats, targeted humiliation, repeated unwanted contact, stalking, harassment, hate or intimidation are not. Criticism should focus on ideas, products, services or conduct rather than degrading a person.

Users must respect boundaries. If another user clearly asks you to stop contacting them, you should stop unless a limited message remains reasonably necessary for a legitimate order, refund or safety matter.

5. Child safety

Any sexualisation, grooming, exploitation or sexual solicitation involving minors is prohibited. Do not request or share sexual images of minors, sexualise young-looking persons, encourage secret adult-minor contact, or direct users to external services for such purposes.

Content that appears to involve child sexual abuse material or grooming may be immediately removed, preserved and reported as required by law. No warning is required before suspension in serious child-safety cases.

6. Pornography and sexual solicitation

Pornography, explicit sexual images, sexual services, fetish solicitation and sexually explicit private messaging are prohibited. The Community is not a dating or sexual-services platform.

Non-explicit discussion of sexuality in an educational, historical, relationship or symbolic context may be allowed where relevant and respectful, but it must not become explicit solicitation or exploitation.

7. Privacy and doxxing

Do not publish or threaten to publish private addresses, phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial information, passwords, medical records, government identifiers or other sensitive personal information without lawful authority.

Do not pressure users to disclose information they are uncomfortable sharing. Screenshots of private conversations should not be republished for harassment, humiliation or commercial exploitation.

8. Spam and repetitive promotion

Spam includes mass private messages, repetitive promotional comments, copy-pasted posts, excessive tagging, irrelevant external links, affiliate flooding, keyword stuffing, account farms, automated posting and repeated invitations to external groups or services.

Commercial users may use designated promotional areas and normal profile links where offered, but must not repeatedly solicit members in unrelated discussions or messages. A seller, creator or expert may answer a genuine question about their service without turning every interaction into an advertisement.

9. Scams, impersonation and fake authority

Do not impersonate VoxFati staff, another expert, another user, a professional body, charity or business. Do not fabricate qualifications, reviews, testimonials, screenshots, client histories or endorsements.

Romance scams, investment scams, fake emergencies, fake donation appeals, credential theft, phishing and spiritual fear scams are prohibited.

10. Spiritual claims and vulnerable users

Users may share spiritual interpretations and personal beliefs, but they must not exploit fear, grief, illness, loneliness, financial hardship or relationship distress to obtain money, attention or control.

Examples of prohibited conduct include telling a member that they must pay immediately to remove a curse, claiming a dead relative is demanding payment, threatening supernatural consequences for refusing a service, or repeatedly targeting a distressed user with paid offers.

11. Professional advice boundaries

Community discussion is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax, safeguarding or emergency advice. Users should not present unverified spiritual opinions as clinical diagnoses or regulated professional conclusions.

Qualified professionals remain responsible for complying with their own professional rules and should clearly identify the nature and limits of any professional information they provide.

12. Intellectual property

Post only material you have the right to share. Do not upload pirated course material, scanned books, paid PDFs, stolen artwork, copyrighted card images, music or video without appropriate permission.

Quoting or discussing a work may be lawful in some circumstances, but users remain responsible for ensuring their use is permitted.

13. Reviews

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience with the relevant product, course or provider. Paid, fabricated, coordinated, retaliatory or manipulated reviews are prohibited.

You must not review your own business through another account, require a customer to leave a positive review as a condition of support, offer undisclosed compensation for a positive review, threaten a negative review to obtain a benefit, or organise reciprocal review rings.

VoxFati may remove reviews that are demonstrably fake, abusive, unrelated to the transaction, contain prohibited personal information or otherwise violate platform rules. We may preserve a review relevant to a dispute even if its public visibility is restricted.

14. Commercial solicitation

Sellers, Course Creators and Live Experts may use expressly provided promotional tools and may respond to genuine user interest in their services. They must not repeatedly solicit members through unrelated posts, comments or private messages.

Cold outreach, bulk offers, repeated discount codes, aggressive upselling and attempts to move users to external payment methods primarily to avoid VoxFati fees or protections are prohibited. A user’s participation in a discussion does not amount to consent to receive marketing messages.

Commercial messages should be accurate, proportionate and clearly distinguishable from genuine peer-to-peer conversation. VoxFati may restrict messaging privileges where a commercial user generates repeated spam complaints.

15. Moderation

VoxFati may remove content, close comments, restrict visibility, disable links, limit messaging, issue warnings, suspend accounts or permanently remove users where necessary to enforce these rules, respond to credible reports or comply with legal duties.

Moderation decisions may consider context, severity, repetition, vulnerability of affected users, prior warnings, evidence of coordinated abuse, legal obligations and risk of further harm. Similar-looking cases may receive different outcomes where the surrounding facts differ.

Serious child-safety, fraud, threat, sexual exploitation or illegal-content concerns may result in immediate removal or suspension without prior notice. Less serious first-time issues may, where appropriate, result in education, warning or a limited feature restriction.

16. Reporting

Use available report controls or contact info@voxfati.com if you believe content or conduct violates these rules. Include links, usernames, screenshots or transaction references where helpful and lawful.

Reports are reviewed according to available evidence and risk. We may not be able to disclose every investigative detail because of privacy, security, legal or safeguarding constraints.

17. Appeals and complaints

If a moderation decision materially affects your account or content, you may ask for review by providing relevant context and explaining why you believe the decision was mistaken or disproportionate.

Submitting an appeal does not automatically restore content or access while the appeal is considered. Abusive, repetitive or knowingly false appeals may be closed without further review.

18. Licence to host Community content

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own, but grant VoxFati a non-exclusive licence to host, display, format, resize, reproduce, transmit and moderate it as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and promote the Community.

This licence does not authorise VoxFati to claim ownership of your underlying work. Separate commercial terms may grant additional rights for listings, courses or advertisements.

19. No duty to pre-screen everything

VoxFati may use moderation tools and human review, but we do not promise that every post, message or review will be examined before publication. The presence of content on the platform does not mean VoxFati endorses or verifies it.

Once we become aware of a credible safety or policy concern, we may investigate and take proportionate action in accordance with our legal and contractual obligations.
