Marketplace Seller Terms

Contact View terms
Marketplace selling is a commercial activity.

These Seller Terms supplement the General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Delivery Policy, Refund Policy and Commercial Eligibility rules. By opening or operating a seller account, you agree to comply with all of them.

1. Seller status

An independent Marketplace Seller is not an employee, agent, partner or representative of VoxFati. The seller is responsible for the products it lists, the truthfulness of its claims, product safety, fulfilment, taxes and obligations that law places on the seller.

VoxFati provides marketplace technology, payment and discovery features and may moderate transactions, but does not become the manufacturer or seller of a third-party product merely because it appears on VoxFati.

2. Eligibility and age

Sellers must be at least 18, have legal capacity to trade, provide accurate identity and business information and satisfy any verification required by VoxFati or its payment providers.

You must keep legal name, address, tax status, contact details, payout details and beneficial ownership information accurate. Using another person’s identity to obtain seller access is prohibited.

3. Country, sanctions and payment eligibility

Selling is available only where the seller’s location, payout country, product category and business model are supported by VoxFati, Stripe or another applicable payment provider and are lawful.

VoxFati may restrict onboarding, listings, payments or payouts when required by sanctions, banking rules, card-network rules, payment-provider policies or local law. Sellers must not conceal location or ownership to bypass such restrictions.

4. VoxFati subject-matter requirement

Marketplace inventory must have a genuine connection to VoxFati’s spiritual, esoteric, divination, astrology, symbolic, reflective or related wellbeing-interest subject matter.

An unrelated item does not become eligible merely because a seller adds spiritual keywords, a zodiac symbol or a generic “energy” claim. VoxFati may remove off-topic listings in order to preserve marketplace relevance and user expectations.

5. Permitted examples

Subject to safety, law and payment-provider restrictions, potentially suitable items include tarot or oracle decks, spiritual journals, crystals, symbolic jewellery, candles, incense, altar accessories, ritual tools, spiritual artwork, relevant books and educational digital products.

These examples are illustrative rather than a guarantee of approval. A permitted category may still contain an unsafe, unlawful, counterfeit, misleading or restricted individual product.

6. Off-topic and prohibited products

Do not list ordinary unrelated merchandise, weapons, illegal drugs, controlled substances, stolen goods, counterfeit products, pornography, sexual services, gambling schemes, malicious software, illegal surveillance tools or other prohibited goods.

VoxFati may also refuse products that present unacceptable safety, reputational or payment-processing risk even where they are not expressly listed above.

7. Listings and descriptions

Listings must accurately describe the actual product, condition, quantity, materials, dimensions, digital format, origin, safety information and material limitations. Images should represent the item the buyer will receive or be clearly identified as illustrative.

Do not use false scarcity, fabricated discounts, misleading “before/after” claims, hidden recurring charges or titles designed primarily to manipulate search. Material information that would affect a reasonable buyer’s decision must not be concealed.

8. Images and intellectual property

You must own or have permission to use listing photos, logos, artwork, text, deck imagery, fonts and other protected material. Counterfeits and unauthorised reproductions are prohibited.

VoxFati may remove disputed material and may require evidence of authenticity, licences or commercial rights where a credible complaint is received.

9. Spiritual and health claims

Products may be described in spiritual, cultural or traditional terms, but sellers must not guarantee medical, psychological, fertility, financial, relationship or supernatural outcomes.

Statements such as “this crystal cures cancer”, “this oil guarantees pregnancy”, or “this ritual item will force a specific person to return” are prohibited. Appropriate wording may describe tradition, symbolism, personal practice or subjective experience without presenting unverifiable outcomes as certain fact.

10. Product safety

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that physical goods are safe, compliant, appropriately labelled and suitable for sale in destinations they choose to serve. This includes warnings, ingredient information, age restrictions and safe-use instructions where relevant.

Candles, oils, incense, cosmetics, ingestible items and other higher-risk categories may be restricted or require additional information. Listing approval does not transfer the seller’s product-safety responsibility to VoxFati.

11. Pricing, taxes and fees

Prices must be genuine and presented clearly. Sellers are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and regulatory charges unless the platform or payment provider is legally required to collect or remit them.

Marketplace commissions, subscriptions or processing charges are governed by the commercial terms displayed in the seller dashboard or onboarding flow. Sellers must not add undisclosed fees after checkout.

12. Payments and Stripe Connect

Marketplace payouts may require Stripe Connect or another approved payment account. Sellers must satisfy the processor’s identity, country, bank and business-category requirements.

VoxFati cannot guarantee that a payment provider will approve or continue to support a seller. If a processor restricts an account or product category, VoxFati may pause sales or payouts as reasonably necessary.

13. Reserves, disputes and chargebacks

Where permitted by contract and law, amounts may be held or offset to address refunds, chargebacks, fraud, negative balances, shipping disputes or other reasonably anticipated liabilities.

Sellers must cooperate with evidence requests for disputes and must not fabricate tracking, delivery confirmation or customer communications. A seller remains responsible for valid chargebacks arising from its own transaction or breach.

14. Fulfilment and shipping

Sellers must dispatch orders within the processing time promised, package items appropriately and provide accurate tracking where tracking is offered. If a seller cannot fulfil an order, it should notify the buyer promptly and arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund.

Repeated late dispatch, false tracking or failure to respond to missing-item claims may result in listing or account restrictions.

15. Customs and cross-border sales

Sellers choosing to ship internationally are responsible for lawful export, customs descriptions, product restrictions and any seller-side obligations. Buyers may be responsible for import duties or taxes where law allows and this is properly disclosed.

Sellers should not mark commercial goods as gifts or falsify values to avoid customs charges.

16. Returns, refunds and consumer rights

Sellers must comply with legally applicable cancellation, return, faulty-goods and refund obligations. Seller policies may provide additional rights but must not unlawfully remove mandatory consumer rights.

Digital products, personalised goods and other categories may have special cancellation rules. Sellers are responsible for making legally required pre-contract information clear.

17. Buyer communications

Use buyer information only for legitimate order, fulfilment, support and legally permitted communications. Do not add buyers to unrelated marketing lists without a lawful basis or consent where required.

Harassment, threats, pressure to withdraw a complaint, off-platform payment solicitation and repeated unsolicited promotions are prohibited.

18. Reviews

Sellers must not create fake reviews, review their own shop through alternate accounts, offer undisclosed rewards for positive reviews or threaten buyers over negative feedback.

Reasonable requests for an honest review are permitted where they do not pressure the buyer or condition support on a particular rating.

19. Licence to VoxFati

You grant VoxFati a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, reproduce and promote your listing content as reasonably necessary to operate and market the Marketplace.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you possess rights sufficient to grant this licence.

20. Moderation and removal

VoxFati may review, reject, hide or remove listings for policy, legal, safety, quality, intellectual-property, thematic or payment reasons. Approval of one listing does not guarantee approval of later listings.

We may request documents or changes before restoring a listing.

21. Suspension and termination

Serious or repeated violations may lead to seller suspension or termination. Fraud, child exploitation, prohibited goods, sanctions evasion, counterfeit sales or serious threats may justify immediate action.

Termination does not automatically eliminate outstanding obligations relating to orders, refunds, taxes, disputes or payouts.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, the seller is responsible for claims and losses arising from its products, unsafe goods, false descriptions, intellectual-property infringement, tax failures, legal violations or breach of these Seller Terms.

23. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, VoxFati is not the guarantor of an independent seller’s products, fulfilment or claims merely because the marketplace hosts the listing.

24. Changes

We may update Seller Terms to reflect law, payment rules, marketplace features or safety requirements. Material changes affecting an ongoing paid seller relationship will be communicated where required.
