Course Creator Terms

Contact View terms
Course Creators are independent commercial providers.

These terms supplement the General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Entertainment Disclaimer and Commercial Eligibility rules.

1. Creator status

Unless VoxFati expressly identifies a course as its own, a third-party Course Creator acts independently and is responsible for the course they publish. Nothing in these terms creates employment, agency, partnership or a guarantee of earnings.

The Creator controls the substance of their teaching subject to VoxFati’s platform policies, moderation and quality requirements.

2. Eligibility

Creators must be at least 18, provide truthful identity and payment information and satisfy any verification requirements. A Creator must not operate through a false identity or another person’s payment account.

Where a Creator acts for a company, they confirm they have authority to bind that company.

3. Country and payment eligibility

Creator access and payouts depend on supported countries, sanctions rules, payment-provider approval and the actual subject matter of the course. A country supported for ordinary card payments may still be restricted for a particular business category.

Creators must not misdescribe a psychic, fortune-telling or other restricted activity as an unrelated educational service merely to obtain payment processing.

4. Course subject matter

Courses must have a genuine connection to VoxFati’s approved themes, such as tarot, astrology, numerology, symbolism, crystals, meditation, dream work, spiritual practice, mythology, reflective self-development or related areas.

Unrelated courses — for example generic furniture construction, unrelated coding, ordinary driving tuition or unrelated retail training — may be rejected even if otherwise lawful. A superficial spiritual title cannot be used to disguise unrelated content.

5. Originality and rights

Creators must own or lawfully license all course text, images, videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, decks, music and other materials. Pirated books, copied competitor courses, unauthorised scans or stolen artwork are prohibited.

If third-party material is used under licence, fair dealing, quotation or another lawful basis, the Creator remains responsible for ensuring that use is permitted.

6. Accuracy and qualifications

Course descriptions and credentials must be accurate. Do not claim degrees, clinical licences, professional accreditation, memberships or certifications you do not hold.

A course must not imply that completion grants a regulated professional qualification unless this is actually true and legally authorised.

7. Spiritual and outcome claims

Creators may teach spiritual beliefs, symbolic systems and interpretive methods, but must not guarantee supernatural or life outcomes. A course cannot promise guaranteed psychic ability, guaranteed manifestation, certain investment success, guaranteed return of a partner or guaranteed healing.

Claims should clearly distinguish personal belief, tradition, interpretation and entertainment from verified factual or scientific assertions.

8. Health and psychology content

General mindfulness, journaling, self-reflection and non-clinical wellbeing education may be permitted. A Creator must not diagnose students, instruct them to stop medication, claim to cure disease, or present an unregulated course as professional mental-health treatment.

Where a qualified professional teaches regulated subject matter, they remain responsible for applicable professional standards, licences, disclaimers and jurisdictional restrictions.

9. Prohibited content

Courses must not contain pornography, sexual services, child sexual content, grooming, hate, scams, malware, instructions for serious wrongdoing, illegal drug trafficking, weapon construction for harmful purposes, fraudulent schemes or other content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy.

Embedding prohibited material or linking students to an external prohibited resource is treated the same as hosting it directly.

10. Quality standards

Courses should substantially deliver what the sales page promises. Titles, lesson counts, previews and descriptions must not be misleading. Content should be reasonably organised, intelligible and accessible through the format advertised.

Mass-produced low-value material, duplicated courses, keyword-stuffed lessons or courses created primarily to occupy search results may be rejected or de-ranked.

11. Course changes

Creators may update courses, but material changes must not make the purchased course fundamentally different from what existing students reasonably expected without appropriate notice or remedy.

Removing substantial paid content, replacing a course with unrelated material or materially reducing promised access may lead to refunds, payout adjustments or moderation.

12. Student access

Creators must not arbitrarily revoke a student’s paid access. Access restrictions should occur only through lawful platform rules, refund outcomes, abuse prevention or other legitimate reasons.

Where VoxFati hosts course content, continued technical access is subject to platform availability and any stated access period.

13. Pricing and creator fees

Creators may set prices within platform controls where enabled. VoxFati fees, subscriptions and commissions are those disclosed in the creator onboarding or dashboard and may be deducted before payout.

Creators must not add hidden charges after purchase or falsely advertise a price as discounted when the reference price is not genuine.

14. Payments and payouts

Payouts depend on successful customer payment, payment-provider settlement, fraud checks, chargeback exposure and compliance. Stripe Connect or another approved provider may require identity, bank, business and tax verification.

VoxFati may delay or offset payouts where reasonably necessary to cover valid refunds, chargebacks, negative balances or investigations, to the extent permitted by law and contract.

15. Taxes

Creators are responsible for determining their own income and business tax obligations unless the law requires VoxFati or a payment provider to collect or report an amount.

Creators must provide accurate tax information when reasonably requested.

16. Refunds and disputes

Student refunds may arise from consumer law, faulty or misdescribed content, duplicate charges, removal of a course or the published refund policy. Where a Creator’s breach causes a valid refund, the corresponding amount may be deducted from Creator earnings.

Creators must cooperate with evidence requests and must not pressure a student to withdraw a legitimate dispute or review.

17. Reviews

Creators must not buy, fabricate or manipulate reviews. They may invite students to leave honest feedback but cannot condition bonuses, support or access on a positive rating.

Retaliation against a student for a lawful negative review is prohibited.

18. Student communications

Student contact details and messages may be used for legitimate course support and permitted communications. They must not be harvested for unrelated marketing, sold, or used for repeated unsolicited promotions.

Sexual solicitation, harassment and aggressive upselling are prohibited.

19. Off-platform circumvention

Creators must not instruct students to pay outside VoxFati primarily to avoid platform fees, payment protections or refund processes. This includes disguising direct-payment instructions inside course files, embeds or private messages.

Permitted external resources may be linked where they support the course and do not function as a fee-avoidance mechanism.

20. Licence to VoxFati

The Creator grants VoxFati a non-exclusive licence to host, encode, display, reproduce, format and deliver course content to enrolled students and to use reasonable excerpts, thumbnails, titles and descriptions to market the course and the platform.

The Creator retains ownership of their underlying intellectual property subject to this licence and any separate agreement.

21. Promotion

Creators must ensure promotional claims are truthful and substantiated where required. Testimonials and endorsements must be genuine and any material commercial relationship should be disclosed where law requires.

VoxFati may advertise a course but does not guarantee a particular ranking, number of impressions, enrolments or revenue.

22. Moderation

VoxFati may review drafts, require edits, reject publication, remove lessons or suspend a course for policy, legal, safety, quality, copyright or payment reasons.

Approval is not permanent if later information shows that the course violates policy.

23. Creator suspension or termination

Serious or repeated violations may result in suspension or termination of Creator privileges. Immediate suspension may be appropriate for fraud, child exploitation, piracy, sanctions evasion or serious safety issues.

Termination does not erase obligations relating to existing students, refunds, disputes or taxes.

24. Existing students after removal

If a course is removed, VoxFati may decide whether to preserve read-only access, provide replacement access, issue full or partial refunds, or terminate access depending on the reason for removal, legal requirements and technical feasibility.

A Creator may be required to bear refund costs where removal results from their breach.

25. No revenue guarantee

VoxFati does not guarantee sales, ranking, audience size, conversion rate, recurring income or profitability. Marketplace demand and platform visibility can change.

26. Indemnity and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Creators are responsible for claims arising from their infringement, false credentials, unlawful course content, misleading claims or breach of these terms. Nothing excludes liabilities that law does not allow to be excluded.

27. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, payment, legal or safety changes. Material changes affecting an ongoing creator subscription or commission arrangement will be communicated where required.
