Unless a separate product page expressly states otherwise, VoxFati does not sell or ship physical products. Paid access is normally activated electronically through your VoxFati account after successful payment confirmation.

- time-limited access plans;
- recurring memberships;
- optional paid add-ons;
- tarot and oracle tools;
- generated readings and interpretations;
- digital reports and summaries;
- saved reading-history features;
- community or sharing features; and
- other digital content or functionality described at checkout.
This policy should be read together with our:
- Terms and Conditions ;
- Cancellation and Refund Policy ;
- Privacy Policy ; and
- Entertainment Disclaimer .
2. Service provider
3. Digital-only delivery
VoxFati services are supplied electronically through the website and your account.
Delivery may take place through one or more of the following:
- activation of access permissions within your account;
- immediate access to a paid tool or feature;
- display of a generated reading or interpretation;
- creation of a digital report or summary;
- activation of additional reading-history retention;
- activation of community or sharing functionality;
- display of membership status in your account;
- an on-screen purchase confirmation;
- a confirmation email; or
- another electronic method described before purchase.
No postal delivery, courier service, collection appointment or physical shipping charge applies to ordinary VoxFati digital purchases.
4. When digital access begins
Paid access is normally activated shortly after:
- you complete checkout;
- the payment provider confirms successful payment;
- the purchase is linked to your VoxFati account; and
- the relevant access plan or feature is applied.
In most cases, activation is automatic and should occur within a few moments.
Delivery may take longer where:
- the payment remains pending;
- the payment provider requires additional verification;
- the payment is undergoing a fraud or security review;
- the checkout session is interrupted;
- the payment confirmation is delayed;
- the email used for payment does not match the account;
- an account has not been created or verified correctly;
- the service is undergoing maintenance;
- a technical fault occurs; or
- manual review is reasonably required.
After payment, sign in to the VoxFati account used during checkout and check your membership, billing or service access status.
5. Time-limited access plans
A time-limited plan provides access for the period displayed before purchase.
Unless checkout clearly states otherwise:
- the plan is charged once;
- access begins when the plan is activated;
- the access period runs continuously;
- unused time cannot normally be paused or transferred;
- the plan does not renew automatically; and
- access ends automatically when the stated period expires.
For example, where a seven-day plan is activated at a particular date and time, the access period will normally expire seven days after that activation time.
The applicable expiry date may be displayed in your account.
6. Recurring memberships
A recurring membership provides access for the billing period stated at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled.
Delivery of a recurring membership may include:
- immediate activation for the first paid period;
- continued access after each successful renewal;
- an updated next-renewal date;
- an updated membership status; and
- continued use of features included in the selected plan.
Where a renewal payment fails, access may:
- remain active for a limited retry or grace period;
- be temporarily restricted;
- expire at the end of the paid period; or
- be restored after successful payment.
Cancelling a recurring membership prevents future renewals but does not normally end the current paid period immediately.
7. Optional add-ons
Optional add-ons may be delivered by activating a specific feature within your existing account.
Examples may include:
- extended reading-history retention;
- community creator access;
- messaging access;
- premium reports;
- advanced tools; or
- another feature described before purchase.
The product page or checkout will state whether an add-on:
- is a one-time purchase;
- lasts for a defined period;
- renews automatically;
- requires an active main membership; or
- has separate cancellation conditions.
8. Delivery of readings and interpretations
A reading or interpretation is normally delivered on-screen after you:
- open the relevant tool;
- enter any optional question or requested details;
- complete the card, symbol or tool interaction; and
- submit the session for interpretation.
A reading may include:
- selected tarot cards;
- card orientations;
- oracle symbols;
- spread positions;
- generated interpretation text;
- a session summary;
- reflection themes; or
- an option to save or share the session.
Delivery is complete when the requested reading or result is made available on-screen, saved to your account or otherwise supplied electronically.
Readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. Please review our Entertainment Disclaimer .
9. Digital reports and summaries
Where a digital report or summary is included, delivery may take place through:
- an account dashboard;
- a dedicated report page;
- a generated reading-history entry;
- an email;
- an electronic file; or
- another format described before purchase.
Some reports may require sufficient account activity before they can be created.
For example, a weekly insight report may not be available until the required number of days or sessions has been completed.
Where a report depends on accumulated usage, the waiting period does not mean that the membership itself has not been delivered. Other included features may remain available during that period.
10. Account requirements
Most paid VoxFati services require a registered account.
You are responsible for:
- providing a valid email address;
- creating the account using accurate information;
- signing in to the correct account;
- keeping login details secure;
- completing any required email verification;
- checking spam or junk folders for confirmation emails; and
- contacting us promptly where access is not applied correctly.
A purchase cannot be delivered correctly where the user supplies an invalid email address or signs in to a different account.
11. Purchase and contract confirmation
After an order is placed, we may provide confirmation through:
- an on-screen success page;
- an email receipt;
- a payment-provider receipt;
- a billing-history entry;
- a membership-status update; or
- another electronic record you can retain.
The confirmation may include:
- the service purchased;
- price and currency;
- applicable VAT;
- payment date;
- transaction reference;
- plan duration;
- renewal terms;
- cancellation information; and
- immediate-delivery consent information where applicable.
Keep purchase confirmations and receipts for your records.
12. Immediate delivery and cancellation rights
VoxFati is designed to begin delivering digital services soon after payment.
Where required by consumer law, checkout should ask you to:
- expressly request or consent to digital delivery beginning immediately; and
- acknowledge that immediate delivery may affect or end your statutory right to cancel once the relevant content or service has been supplied.
Your cancellation and refund rights depend on the nature of the purchase, whether delivery has begun, the consent and acknowledgement provided during checkout and the consumer law applicable to you.
Full details are provided in our Cancellation and Refund Policy .
13. Technical requirements
To receive and use VoxFati digital services, you generally need:
- a stable internet connection;
- a currently supported web browser;
- a device capable of displaying modern websites;
- JavaScript enabled;
- cookies or local storage enabled where essential for account sessions;
- a valid email address;
- access to the email account used for registration; and
- any additional browser permissions required by a specific feature.
Some visual or media features may work best on a recent version of:
- Google Chrome;
- Microsoft Edge;
- Mozilla Firefox;
- Apple Safari; or
- another modern standards-compliant browser.
We do not guarantee compatibility with obsolete browsers, unsupported operating systems, modified devices or restrictive network environments.
14. Email delivery
Where an email is part of delivery, it may be delayed or blocked by:
- spam filters;
- mailbox rules;
- a full mailbox;
- an incorrectly entered email address;
- restrictions imposed by your email provider;
- temporary delivery failures; or
- security filtering.
Where an expected email does not arrive:
- check your spam, junk and promotions folders;
- confirm that your account email is correct;
- check your VoxFati account and billing status;
- allow a reasonable period for delayed delivery; and
- contact info@voxfati.com where the issue remains unresolved.
15. Pending payments
A payment marked as pending has not yet been finally confirmed.
While a payment remains pending:
- access may not be activated;
- the order may remain incomplete;
- the payment provider may continue processing the payment;
- the transaction may later succeed or fail; and
- support may need to wait for a final payment status.
Do not repeatedly submit the same payment without first checking whether the original transaction completed, as this may create duplicate charges.
16. Failed or declined payments
Digital access will not normally be activated where payment is:
- declined;
- cancelled;
- incomplete;
- reversed;
- blocked for security reasons; or
- rejected by the payment provider.
Your bank or payment provider may be able to explain why a payment was declined.
Where money appears temporarily reserved after a failed payment, this may be an authorisation hold controlled by the bank or payment provider rather than a completed VoxFati charge.
17. Duplicate orders
Contact us promptly if you believe that:
- the same plan was purchased twice;
- multiple payment attempts created duplicate charges;
- a subscription renewed more than once; or
- the same add-on was applied repeatedly in error.
Include:
- your account email;
- payment dates;
- charged amounts;
- transaction references; and
- copies of relevant receipts.
Do not send your full card number or security code.
18. What to do if access is not delivered
If payment was successful but access is not available, first:
- confirm that you are signed in to the correct account;
- refresh the page;
- sign out and sign in again;
- check the account membership or billing page;
- confirm that the payment was completed rather than pending;
- check for an email confirmation;
- try a recent supported browser; and
- temporarily disable extensions that may block essential website functions.
Where the issue remains unresolved, contact us at:
Digital delivery support
Email: info@voxfati.com
Include:
- your full name;
- your VoxFati account email;
- the service or plan purchased;
- the payment date and amount;
- the transaction or receipt reference;
- a description of the issue;
- the browser and device used; and
- a screenshot of any error, where useful.
19. Remedies for failed digital delivery
Where a paid service was not delivered because of an error attributable to VoxFati, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including:
- activating the missing access;
- restoring an incorrectly removed feature;
- repeating a failed delivery;
- extending the access period;
- correcting the account or billing record;
- offering an appropriate price reduction; or
- issuing a full or partial refund where required or appropriate.
The appropriate remedy will depend on:
- the purchase type;
- the period of access affected;
- whether the service was used;
- whether the problem can be corrected;
- the significance of the fault; and
- applicable consumer law.
20. Maintenance and temporary outages
VoxFati may occasionally be unavailable because of:
- planned maintenance;
- emergency repairs;
- hosting failures;
- database maintenance;
- payment-provider outages;
- internet failures;
- security incidents;
- software updates;
- third-party service interruptions; or
- circumstances outside our reasonable control.
A short temporary outage does not normally mean that the entire digital purchase has failed to be delivered.
Where an outage is significant and materially prevents use of a paid service, we will consider an appropriate remedy under our Cancellation and Refund Policy and applicable law.
21. Reading history and retention
Delivery of a reading does not necessarily mean that it will be stored indefinitely.
Reading history may be subject to:
- a standard retention period;
- automatic deletion;
- account settings;
- a paid history-retention feature;
- an administrative preservation setting;
- moderation or safety requirements; or
- legal and security obligations.
Where a reading is important to you, save any permitted copy before the applicable retention period expires.
22. Transfer and account sharing
Digital access is personal to the account for which it was purchased.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not:
- transfer a purchase to another person;
- sell or resell access;
- share login credentials;
- operate one personal membership for multiple unrelated users;
- move an expired plan to a different account; or
- commercially distribute generated content in breach of our Terms.
Where a purchase was accidentally linked to the wrong account, contact us promptly. Any correction is subject to account and payment verification.
23. Complimentary and promotional access
Promotional, trial, administrative or complimentary access may be delivered by applying an access permission directly to your account.
Complimentary access:
- may have an expiry date;
- may include fewer features than a paid plan;
- may be limited to a particular account;
- has no cash value;
- cannot normally be transferred; and
- may be removed where granted in error or misused.
24. Physical products
This policy applies to VoxFati digital services and does not create terms for physical goods.
If VoxFati later offers a physical product, the relevant product page or separate shipping policy will state:
- shipping destinations;
- delivery methods;
- estimated delivery times;
- shipping charges;
- customs or import responsibilities;
- return conditions; and
- any other physical-delivery terms.
Unless such information is expressly displayed, a VoxFati purchase should be understood as digital only.
25. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes rights relating to digital content or services that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
Depending on the circumstances, consumer rights may require digital content to:
- match its description;
- be of satisfactory quality;
- be fit for a disclosed purpose; and
- be supplied with reasonable care and skill where the purchase is a service.
Remedies for faulty, missing or misdescribed services are explained further in our Cancellation and Refund Policy .
26. Changes to this policy
We may update this Digital Delivery Policy to reflect:
- changes to our access plans;
- new tools or digital features;
- changes to payment or account systems;
- changes to delivery methods;
- changes in consumer law;
- operational or security improvements; or
- improvements in clarity.
The latest version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
27. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
