Live Expert Provider Terms
These terms supplement the General Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Entertainment Disclaimer and Commercial Eligibility rules.
1. Independent provider
A Live Expert provides their own session as an independent provider and is not a VoxFati employee, agent or medical, legal or financial representative. The Expert is responsible for their statements, conduct, advertised skills and compliance with applicable law.
VoxFati provides booking, discovery, communication and payment technology and may moderate conduct or disputes.
2. Age and eligibility
Experts must be at least 18 and must provide accurate identity, contact, payout and qualification information. VoxFati or a payment provider may require further verification before bookings or payouts are enabled.
Experts must not permit another person to conduct sessions through their profile without prior approval.
3. Country and payment restrictions
Eligibility depends on the Expert’s country, payout location, exact service category, sanctions status and payment-provider rules. Psychic or fortune-telling services may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions even when other types of online services are supported.
Experts must not misstate their location or relabel a restricted service to bypass payment or legal restrictions.
4. Approved services
Permitted services may include tarot, astrology, numerology, oracle, spiritual reflection, symbolism and related non-clinical guidance within categories approved by VoxFati.
VoxFati may restrict categories that create legal, safeguarding, payment or reputational risk and may require an Expert to change service descriptions.
5. Entertainment and reflection framework
Unless a separately authorised professional service is expressly identified, Live Expert sessions are for entertainment, spiritual exploration and personal reflection. Experts must communicate uncertainty and avoid presenting subjective interpretations as verified facts.
A session must not be marketed as a substitute for emergency, medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or safeguarding assistance.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Experts must not guarantee future events, relationship outcomes, pregnancy, healing, employment, lottery results, investments, supernatural intervention or another person’s thoughts or actions.
Statements about possibilities, symbolism or personal interpretation should be framed honestly as such.
7. Fear-based exploitation
Experts must never create or intensify fear in order to obtain additional money. Prohibited conduct includes claiming a client is cursed, possessed or in imminent supernatural danger and then demanding payment for urgent removal or protection.
Experts may discuss spiritual beliefs respectfully but must not threaten supernatural punishment, pressure a distressed client into repeat bookings or imply that refusal to pay will cause harm.
8. Vulnerable users
Experts must take particular care where a user appears bereaved, distressed, isolated, financially vulnerable or emotionally dependent. A vulnerable user must not be encouraged to make repeated purchases beyond their expressed needs or reasonable means.
Where a user appears to need urgent professional or emergency support, the Expert should stop presenting the matter as something a spiritual session can resolve and encourage appropriate real-world assistance.
9. Medical and mental-health boundaries
An Expert must not diagnose illness, tell a client to stop medication, claim to cure disease, provide crisis therapy without appropriate qualifications or discourage a person from seeking licensed medical or mental-health care.
General reflective conversation about emotions or wellbeing is permitted when it is clearly non-clinical.
10. Sexual conduct
Sexual services, explicit sexual conversation for gratification, nudity, sexual coercion and romantic or sexual exploitation are prohibited. Experts must not use a paid spiritual relationship to pursue a client sexually.
Any sexual content involving a minor is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination and reporting.
11. Privacy and confidentiality
Experts may receive sensitive personal information and must handle it responsibly. They must not publish a client’s reading, identity, private messages, birth data or personal circumstances without a lawful basis and appropriate consent.
Client data must not be exported or used for unrelated marketing except where the law and platform rules permit.
12. Recordings
Sessions must not be secretly recorded where consent is legally or contractually required. If recording is offered, the client should be clearly informed before recording begins and should understand how the recording will be used and retained.
Experts must comply with applicable privacy and communications laws.
13. Contact outside VoxFati
Experts must not repeatedly contact clients off-platform without a legitimate reason or consent. They must not move clients to external messaging or payment channels primarily to avoid VoxFati fees or protections.
Sharing an ordinary professional website or social profile may be permitted where the platform allows it and it is not used to circumvent transactions.
14. Payment information
Experts must never ask clients to disclose full card numbers, passwords, bank login credentials, authentication codes or other sensitive security information.
Payments for VoxFati bookings should use approved platform payment methods unless VoxFati expressly permits another arrangement.
15. Booking and punctuality
Experts should honour confirmed bookings, be reasonably punctual and provide the duration and service advertised. If unable to attend, they should notify the client and platform as soon as reasonably possible.
Repeated no-shows, material under-delivery or misleading availability may lead to refunds or account restrictions.
16. Pricing and fees
Prices must be clear before booking. Hidden surcharges or pressure for tips, gifts or emergency follow-up payments are prohibited.
VoxFati platform fees or commissions are governed by the commercial arrangement shown to the Expert.
17. Stripe Connect and payouts
Payouts may require Stripe Connect verification and remain subject to processor rules, settlement time, refunds, chargebacks, fraud checks and applicable reserves.
VoxFati cannot guarantee continued processor approval for every country or service category.
18. Reviews and professional conduct
Experts must not manipulate reviews, retaliate against negative feedback or ask friends or alternate accounts to create fake client experiences.
They should communicate respectfully before, during and after a session and must not harass a client over a complaint or rating.
19. Complaints and evidence
Experts must cooperate with reasonable requests for information about a disputed booking, including scheduling records or relevant platform messages. Fabricating evidence is a serious violation.
VoxFati may restrict bookings or payouts while investigating credible safety, fraud or service complaints where contractually and legally permitted.
20. Safety intervention
Where VoxFati identifies credible threats, child-safety concerns, exploitation, fraud or other serious misconduct, it may suspend an Expert immediately, preserve evidence and make reports required or permitted by law.
Safety intervention does not imply VoxFati can guarantee the safety or accuracy of every session in advance.
21. No exclusivity or income guarantee
There is no guarantee of bookings, ranking, visibility, customer volume or income. Unless separately agreed, Experts are not exclusive to VoxFati.
22. Indemnity and liability
To the extent permitted by law, an Expert is responsible for claims arising from their unlawful advice, false credentials, privacy breach, harassment, exploitation or other breach. Nothing excludes liability that law does not allow to be excluded.
